• Arranged $150 Million Dollars PPP project partnership and finance for the Nigerian Govt, for the Ministry of agriculture to , build Farmers Markets across the country in over 30 locations, An export processing and preparation hub for Agriculture, products that would have silos for grains, refrigerated storage for perishables and both wholesale and retails outlets in one central and strategic location. There are training and hospitality centers included in the design of each hub to facilitate the easy implementation of government and developmental Agency projects and training to farmers and stakeholders across the country. This also was to incorporate truck stops and the anceliary services to further make for ease of Farmers wholesalers and importers and exporters to transact their trade in an organised and secured environment.
  • This project was to be financed against the Sinosure guarantee for the China Eximbank loans, in which Nigerian government was investing 20% of the project cost. 
  • Another project arranged by GTIS is the  Total undertaking for the development and funding of the Greater Port Harcourt New City project , being undertaken by the Rivers State Government, The Proposed funding size was over 1 Billion USD. Bank and Partners for this New City Development project was Bank Of China and Sichuan Huashi  
  • We also arranged some funding for 15,000 Housing for the Ministry of Housing which was for two Hundred and fifty of Million USD, designed by Sinocoal of Nanjing China as a self sustainable units of developments with Schools , Recreations, Clinics, shopping Malls and the likes  in units of 5000 units per location.
  • Consulted Hak air in sourcing funds for Hak Air , for purchasing of Air Planes to start its Airline Business in Lagos , through Sterling Bank .
  • Presently Consulting VANU Technologies in its move to  expend it foot prints across the African Continent, starting with Uganda and Nigeria .
  • Arranging a commiitment from the Chinese Government for funding of 5 units of 200 Megawatts Power stations for the Nigerian Govt against her souverieng Guarantee. Under the Goodluck Johnathan Administration in Nigeria, to the tune of over One billion USD.,
